- Prepare and monitor monthly cashflow projection of each RDC entity
- Prepare timely tracking of loan covenants and ensure compliance to terms of agreements with shareholders and external financing
- Prepare monthly journal entries as part of the month-end closing process including bank reconciliations.
- Assess and implement new operating bank accounts as part of external financing.
- Assess and review annual budget and cash flow forecasts based on market trends, business drivers and regional investments.
- Finance business partner to stakeholders and provide necessary requirements in implementing new finance and accounting solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Responsible for the statutory financial statements of the RDC entities.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by Finance Directors and CFO.
Skills for Success
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience. External audit experience and 2 years of working experience in a local SME or MNC preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a team.
- Interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
