- Managing of the building/construction of landed houses
- Familiar with Architecture and Structural
- Liaise with Architect, Engineer and Client
- Site management and coordination with workers and subcontractors
- Day-to-day site management
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Diploma in a construction-related field, or Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in a construction-related field.
- Knowledge / Experience:
- Well verse in interpreting construction drawing
- Proficient in autocad and sketch up.
- 5 years experience in construction, Local experience will be an advantage
- 5.5 working days
