Job description
- Irrigation management experience.
- Oversee all irrigation services, coordinating materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work
- Develop and communicate the daily irrigation schedule for service crews and management as required.
- Report to Farm Manager throughout day to report progress, concerns, and or upcoming tasks that need to be performed
- Responsible for irrigation operations to make daily irrigations tasks timely and efficient.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in irrigation operations or relevant job.
- Ability to diagnose plant problems and prescribe recommendations to solve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
