Job Responsibilities:
- Installation of OM Products: Oversee the installation of OM products at customer sites.
- Training: Provide training for operators on equipment usage and best practices.
- Repair Services: Conduct repairs on systems and components as needed.
- Project Management: Prepare and manage service projects to ensure successful execution.
- Equipment Calibration: Perform calibration of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, addressing any issues or questions they may have.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic or relevant engineering field.
- Capable of performing system calibration for all machine types, including legacy products.
- Proficient in independently executing system installations within designated timeframes.
- Skilled in diagnosing machine faults and issues effectively for customers.
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability
- Posses analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure
- Time management, Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
