Job Description
We are looking for a Research Assistant with working experience in research projects and familiarity with social science research methods. The selected incumbent is expected to
- Conduct and summarise academic literature reviews.
- Analyse data and synthesise information from research findings.
- Disseminate research findings through academic publications, research presentations, and outreach activities.
- Assist in planning and executing tasks to achieve project deliverables.
- Liaise with project stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor or equivalent degree in education, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
- Working experience in research projects and familiarity with research methods.
- Proficiency in qualitative analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong, self-directed initiative and ability to take on challenges
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to work with colleagues within a team.
- Preferably with relevant knowledge major theories in learning sciences (e.g., collaborative learning; educational technology).
- Experience with quantitative analysis is not necessary but will be advantageous.
- Experience conducting independent research (e.g., an honours thesis project, an independent study) is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Open to fixed-term contract.
