- Involve users in conducting feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
- Oversee the design development of projects.
- Manage the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project execution.
- Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and work permits during the construction phase.
- Supervise and manage consultants and contractors to ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms.
- Establish project governance policies and processes.
- Develop technical standards for infrastructure projects within the cluster.
- Lead and execute special projects or assigned tasks as directed by your reporting office.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Architectural Technology / Interior Design, Quantity Surveying / Estate with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
