F&B Assistant Manager

We are looking for F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure Operations are run smoothly.
  • To assist the Restaurant Manager in his/her responsibilities and act in his/her capacity during his/her absence.
  • Lead and coach a team of staff to ensure that all required tasks are completed.
  • Ensure that all front of house equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant preventative maintenance programme.
  • Oversee and ensure that company policies on employment performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
  • Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Supervise employee activities to conform to established standards and policies.
  • Ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with other departments such as management, kitchen and bar.
  • Assist in managing budgets, including cost control and revenue maximization.
  • Monitor sales and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling and manage Invoices.
  • Any ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
  • Able to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work 6 days shifts work, weekends and public holidays
  • Business and financial acumen to achieve profitability targets will be advantageous
