We are looking for F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure Operations are run smoothly.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in his/her responsibilities and act in his/her capacity during his/her absence.
- Lead and coach a team of staff to ensure that all required tasks are completed.
- Ensure that all front of house equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant preventative maintenance programme.
- Oversee and ensure that company policies on employment performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
- Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Supervise employee activities to conform to established standards and policies.
- Ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
- Work closely with other departments such as management, kitchen and bar.
- Assist in managing budgets, including cost control and revenue maximization.
- Monitor sales and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling and manage Invoices.
- Any ad-hoc duties required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work 6 days shifts work, weekends and public holidays
- Business and financial acumen to achieve profitability targets will be advantageous
