The candidate is required to:
- To process monthly payroll for clients' around 300 headcounts
- Familiar with employment act as well as work pass administration.
- Liaise with CPF Board / IRAS / NS Administration and Gov't Paid Leave...etc any payment matter related to employees.
- Handle staff onboarding & offboarding.
- Work closely with the line managers to support the day-to-day operations these include manpower planning, staff performance, events, staff issue, etc.
- Handle in-house recruitment for all levels which includes advertisement, selection, job offer, and employment letters.
- Process work pass application/renewal / cancellation-related matters.
- Assist in HR Projects and the compensation & benefits program for employees.
- Involve in HR Policies & SOP updates as and when required
- To ensure all the HR processes are compliant with statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in HR or equivalent
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience
- Tasks oriented & eye for details
- Work Independently and with commitment
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Able to start work in a short notice period
