Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Engineer (AWS) to assist with managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, enhancing security, and supporting cloud-related projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS environments and will support a wide range of cloud operations, security, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing access rights and account control in the cloud environment.
- Review and resolve vulnerabilities reported from scans and/or GCC alerts.
- Support the implementation of new cloud-related projects.
- Provide consultancy to onboard new projects to AWS cloud services.
- Strengthen the security posture of existing cloud infrastructure and propose enhancements.
- Raise service requests to the BAU Operations Team for in-scope cloud-related tasks.
- Support and maintain AWS S3 Buckets and other AWS Storage services such as FSX.
- Support Trend Micro Cloud One Workload and Endpoint Security / AMHIPS as part of the agency’s Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware system.
- Support and maintain ABLR Heavy Forwarder (CTS Services) as part of the Agency Audit Logging requirement.
- Support the Agency GCC Infrastructure using DevOps processes or tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Support audit and security compliance activities.
- Collaborate with the BAU team, System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DBA to support and maintain the agency's GCC environment.
- Support and maintain Central Account Management (CAM) servers (CTS Services) as part of the Agency Audit requirement.
- Assist with Disaster Recovery exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in AWS environments.
- AWS Professional certification is advantageous.
