(Temp) Onsite Event Support Crew – Various Roles
Dates: 14 – 17 November 2024
Pay: $12 per hour Location: Singapore Expo, Hall 5
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer service for a positive visitor experience
- Act as a point of contact for visitors & media, addressing their inquiries and concerns, issuing and tracking free gifts and other vouchers
- Assist to collect visitor data and data entry
- Assist in packing of goodie bags and vouchers
- Providesupport to performers and participants during events stage /programme
- Giving out event flyer & provide support at event site
- Help in counter service like lucky draw or exhibitor check-in
- Collaboratewith team members to ensure efficient event operations
- Participate in post-event clean-up and equipment storage
- Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC
Job Requirements:
- Min 16 years old and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
- Commit to work during stated dates, weekends and public holidays and timings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
