We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Insurance) to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of insurance products, supporting the front office, and overseeing end-to-end product processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of insurance products;
- Work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure competitiveness in insurance product offerings;
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with external partners to provide assessment of product viability;
- Source and recommend onboarding of new products in alignment with company objectives and benchmarked against market trends and offerings;
- Oversee the end-to-end product onboarding process, ensuring that proper product due diligence conforms with regulatory standards, internal policies and procedures;
- Product expert to the front office on client queries and requests;
- Design and implement product specific sales kits to support the front office in their delivery of investment solutions to meet client objectives;
- Conduct product training and establish workflows and operating procedures prior to product launch.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products;
- Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in product management in the insurance industry;
- Proven track record in product development, launch, and lifecycle management;
- Strong analytical and project management skills and sensitive to financial market trends;
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive professional relationships with the Front Office and other support teams;
- Effective communication and presentation skills;
- Independent, organised and able to multi-task;
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and team work;
- Preference will be given to license holder;
- Salary shall commensurate with experience
