As the Procurement Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing of all goods and services required for the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of products/services.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Cost Control: Continuously monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost-saving and improve efficiency.
- Vendor Selection & Evaluation: Lead the vendor selection process and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery times, and pricing.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a large organization.
- Skills:Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings and efficiency.
