- Overall responsible for planning, executing and supporting the core HR functions of Talent Acquisition, Policies and Procedures, Internship, Learning and Development, Strategic Compensation and Performance Appraisal, Staff Welfare, EHS (environment, health, safety, and corporate social responsibility.
- Develop manpower forecast and budget based on sales forecast, business environment and corporate performance. With that, writing job descriptions, sourcing through various mediums and shortlist prospective candidates and conduct interviews, including negotiation of salary package. Make all logistical arrangements for onboarding and signing of employment contract.
- Develop, implement, execute and continuously review and update HR regulations and policies corresponding to business needs, current trends, guidelines published by MOM and benchmarking against industry standards.
- Conduct regular survey on market rate of salary, and pro-actively build up resource pool to ensure HR cost optimization and business continuity in addressing attrition. Also conduct exit interviews and perform analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop the framework and roadmap for employee career development and training based on the job description. This entails formulating KPIs based on job descriptions and conduct performance appraisal on a half yearly basis. With that, creating an employee development plan, scheduling training and tracking performance progress of employees.
- Implement welfare and EHS program to ensure staff operates in a safe environment. Formulate CSR programs and team building activities to foster a positive culture of camaraderie-ship, and sense of identity, value and belonging.
- Support the respective line-of-businesses (LOBs) in developing localized HR strategies that suits the selected geographies and business focus, via designated HRBPs.
