Job Responsibilities
*Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting and other basic cooking tasks as directed by head chef.
*Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness of ingredients, restocking and informing head chef when items are running low.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes, kitchen equipment and kitchen floor.
* Adhere to kitchen safety and hygiene standards to prevent accidents and food contamination.
* Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
* Available to work on weekend and public holiday
* Minimum 1 year related experience
* Able to work in fast paced environment
* Must be available for 6 days work a week
* Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene
* Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn
