Responsibilities:
· Compile and analyse monthly sales reports for various e-commerce platforms in the China market.
· Manage supply chain tasks, including order processing and stock transfers between domestic warehouses.
· Provide daily support for e-commerce operations, such as top up marketing fees, translating product descriptions, and conducting product market research etc.
· Coordinate product registration, customs clearance, and listing procedures, liaise closely with Chinese customs authorities.
· Procure promotional gifts for marketing campaigns.
· Monitor pricing and promotional mechanisms across all online platforms to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
· Apply for and coordinate participation in e-commerce platform promotions and activities.
Requirements:
· Diploma and above
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
· Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese.
· Strong communication skills, quick adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
· Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
· 2 years of experience in related fields
