Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support applications on the Lotus Notes/Domino platform.
- Design and implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lotus Notes applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Document application changes and provide technical documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lotus Notes Developer.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Lotus Notes, Xpages and Domino.
- Proficiency in LotusScript, @Formula language, and XPages.
- Experience with programming language – VB.Net, ASP.Net,C#.Net, MVC, HCL Domino.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and performance.
- Experience with integrating Lotus Notes applications with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and best practices.
