This position reports to the director of CHEVALIER CAPITAL PTE. LTD. He/she ensures smooth business operation by handling and administering office facilities, administer company policies relating to office maintenance and ensure adherence to company administrative procedures. Ensure procurement and utilization of company assets in a cost-effective way. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Administratively support the overall operations of the company
2. Manage services required for smooth running of office operations.
3. Maintaining updated records and document data ensuring documentations are accurate
4. Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
5.Any other administrative duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Experience in Office Administration
2. Manage the coordination of finance and budget matters including budget planning and forecast
3. Good interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Ability to handle and devise ways to streamline administrative policies, processes or procedures
