- Maintenance of machines and equipment
- Maintenance of tools, jigs and fixture. Requisition of duplicate tools and scrap of obsolete tools
- Support machine installation, trial run, troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment
- Support validation in sample preparation, trial run, data collection and testing
- Assist engineer in samples preparation, testing and data collection
- Update work instructions and document records for maintenance and production work
- Administration work (raise requisition forms in purchase, shipping, etc)
- Co-ordinate with suppliers, internal department for maintenance and calibration tasks
- Conduct internal on-the-job training for production operatives
- Participate in audits by internal and external bodies
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in mechanical technology/mechanical or manufacturing engineering
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience
