Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on building structures and exterior property.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and enhancements.
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failures.
- Assist with maintaining emergency response plans and conducting safety drills.
- Ensure maintenance areas are orderly and keep inventory up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Certification in Fire & Safety, HVAC, or electrical systems is a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage external vendors and contractors effectively.
Working Hours:
- 5 Days, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
