Job Description
· Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
· Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide menu recommendations and answer customers’ questions
· Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and tables
· Assist in setting up and clearing tables
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
· Support daily operations to maintain high service standards
· An eagerness to learn and a receptive attitude towards coaching
· A proactive 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating reliability and follow-through
· Passion for thriving in fast-paced hospitality settings, regardless of prior experience
Requirements
• Singapore Citizens, PRs, or Malaysian Citizens with SPM qualification
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
