RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the conduct of gaming and ensure efficient table games operations;
- Supervise the conduct of Electronic Gaming Table and ensure efficient operations;
- To conduct player rating (check/monitor/track) to patrons of the casino;
- Supervise and motivate Croupiers in delivering efficient gaming services;
- Handling of gaming equipment or any other method of randomizing or preparation thereafter, intended for use in an approved game under Section 100 of the Casino Control Act;
- To handle the operation, minor repair or maintenance of gaming equipment use at gaming table;
- To assist in the performance appraisal process;
- Ensure compliance with Gambling Regulatory and other statutory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal control & service standards;
- Create a fun and friendly environment and provide good customer service experience;
- To assist in ad-hoc training/refresher/briefing/administrative in relation to playing of a game and/or rules of an approve game;
- Assistant to patrons; to disseminate information related to the playing of a game, rules of an approve games and/or such other advise or information concerning casino floor promotion events occurrence from time to time.
- To assist in collecting feedback for gaming-related loyalty programmes or survey in the casino premises for better customer service delivery.
