Our client, a construction company, is hiring a proactive Administrative Assistant to support tender and quotation submissions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and submit tender documents and quotations from subcontractors/suppliers for projects.
- Assist in all tender activities for new project procurement.
- Coordinate with teams to gather info for tender submissions.
- Handle admin tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Take on any other ad-hoc duties that come your way.
Job Requirements:
- At least N level and above.
- No experience needed, but admin experience preferred.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Singaporeans only.
