Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Leecon Interiors. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services, and managing client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for business growth in the interior design industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth.

Lead Generation and Networking:

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored interior design solutions.

Prepare and Deliver Presentations and Proposals:

Work with the design team to create and present compelling project proposals, bids, and presentations to clients.

Collaborate with Design and Project Teams:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Meet Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales goals to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Monitor Market and Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market developments to inform business strategies.


Key Skills:

1. Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Ability to confidently pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.

2. Lead Generation:

Expertise in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels (networking, referrals, digital platforms).

3. Client Relationship Management:

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.

5. Presentation & Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting proposals and articulating ideas clearly to clients.

6. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:

Ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored interior design solutions that address their specific needs.

7. Project Coordination:

Ability to work collaboratively with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

8. Time Management & Organization:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient work processes.
