The Sales Enablement Specialist is key to driving sales success by monitoring tenders and collaborating with the sales team to prepare proposals and costing.
As an integral part of achieving sales targets, they contribute to both daily operations and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track tenders to identify suitable opportunities to pursue
- Work with the sales team to prepare proposals and costings
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to align with the company's sales goals
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance sales strategies
Prerequisites:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent, Fresh Graduate with relevant internships or skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create proposals, cost schedules and presentations
- Team player who is independent, resourceful and result-oriented
