The Supervisor, Enrepot will be responsible for assisting in the restaurant operations to ensure that the guest experience, beverage quality and departmental revenue and profit goals meet its highest standard. He or she will also ensure adherence to federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. He or she will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain basic knowledge of food and drinks menu.
- Ensure that the work areas are always clean and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
- Ensure that the mise-en-place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
- Ensure that the chef's table is set up and the coffee area maintained.
- Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with setting and clearing tables for various meal period.
- Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events.
- Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty.
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that F&B control procedures are adhered to and that all food and beverage are issued with proper chits of charging.
- Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies.
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior.
