Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest WSH Act at all time
- Evaluate and report to management on project progress
- Able to liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Help to set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
- Identifying potential risks, performing risk analysis and planning risk mitigation strategies
- Controlling all construction operations, procurements, the quality of deliverables and project costs
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Ensure all deadlines are meet
- Perform other ad hoc duties given by management
Job Requirements
- Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma majored in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related position
- Experience in HDB/MOH project
- Be a team player, independent, meticulous, diligent and organized with positive work attitude
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
