Accounts Receivable Executive
· Receive payments and updating of accounting records
· Follow up on outstanding invoices
· Ensure customers are billed accurately and timely
· Attend to internal and external customers' enquiry on account balance and payments
· Prepare monthly statement of accounts
· Other adhoc duties as assigned
Accounts Payable Executive
· Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
· Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
· Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
· Processing due invoices for payments
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
