The Role
This position will be responsible for managing communication between a company’s corporate management and the investors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor relations programs to facilitate communication and build constructive relationships with the investment community, media and other stakeholders.
- Manage production of investor relations materials, including annual reports, unitholder circulars, announcements, press releases, presentations and website content.
- Manage investor and analyst engagement events such as AGM, analyst briefings, investor conferences and roadshows.
- Keep abreast of developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights on market activities, trends, competitive landscape, shareholder and ESG related issues.
- Manage production of the REIT’s annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements.
- Track and review major ESG ratings, manage and enhance the REIT’s corporate image and reputation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or Communications.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets and/or a strong grasp of finance will be a distinct advantage.
- Pro-active, customer-focused, a good team player and independent in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
