Job scope:
- Painting
- Installation of kitchen cabinets
- Installation of doors and windows
- Crafting of drywall or wooden structures
- Repairing and waterproofing of roof or flooring
- Simple plumbing and electrical works
- Delivery or picking up of material to job site, including loading and unloading
- Bring workers to and fro from job sites
- Purchasing of materials
Candidates must possess a class 3 driving license with at least 2 years driving experience in Singapore.
Candidates are required to load and unload construction materials.
The work is often physically demanding, requiring manipulation of machinery, heavy tools and materials, climbing stairs and ladders and operating in tight or awkward spaces.
Candidate must be willing to attend work health and safety courses and adhere to safety standards.
Daily job scope are arranged the night before or in the morning. Company vehicle can be driven back home. Salary depends on workmanship and relevant work experience and in Singapore.
