- Position: Executive, Disciplinary & Inquiries (Strategic HR)
- Work Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (42 hours), with selected work-from-home days
- Reports to: Senior Manager, Disciplinary & Inquiries
- Salary: up to $3,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a positive work culture and employee relations by resolving grievances, disciplinary issues, and whistle-blowing complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with tripartite guidelines, advisories, and employment regulations regarding employee relations policies.
- Collaborate with the team to build a fair and robust framework for managing employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Track and follow up on whistle-blowing cases to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Provide secretariat support to SingHealth Management during internal reviews and investigations for disciplinary decisions.
- Promote best practices and raise awareness of discipline-related policies through staff training.
