Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update administration-related data records. Also includes management of day-to-day mails and deliveries of items.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel / Words to churn out materials orders such as Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and General Tax Invoices.
- Other general administration-related duties e.g. collection of data, filing of documents, printing of catalogue etc.
- Provide administration support to the Sales Team
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
- Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
- Updating databases of customers
- Managing social media campaigns
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O'/"N” Level and Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is a plus
- Able to work independent as well as a good team player
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information
- Excellent administration and communication skills
