Location: West
Salary: $2,100 - $2,400
Working Hours: Rotating shifts - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
(including weekends and public holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle breakdowns.
- Accurately take and enter job orders into the GPS/CAD system.
- Assign jobs and monitor job status to ensure timely service delivery.
- Liaise with contractors as needed for job completion.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Perform credit card transactions when required.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 'N' Level qualifications.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong computer skills and communication abilities are an advantage.
- Service-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
