PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the overall tidiness of the home.

• Assist with grocery shopping.

• Ensure the home is well-maintained, including minor repairs, maintenance of household systems, and coordinating with external service providers.

• Assist with managing household budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining records.

• Assist the director with personal arrangements, day-to-day activities, and administrative tasks.

• Oversee and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate and supervise various household services, such as gardening, pool maintenance, and property management.

• Plan and execute private events, including menu planning, event setup, and coordination of entertainment.

• Provide detailed and professional butler services, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family.

• Handle emergencies promptly and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with family members, other staff, and external vendors.

• When the director needs to travel abroad, assistance is required for purchasing air tickets, arranging the itinerary, transportation, and accommodation. Ensure that all his needs are thoroughly arranged.

• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.



Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as a driver and housekeeper.

• Bilingual (Chinese and English) as Director/Family Members are Chinese.

• Possess a Diploma & above qualifications.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Trustworthy and reliable with a high sense of responsibility.

• Live-in preferred.
