Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts Management: Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Overseas Transactions: Manage financial transactions and intercompany balances for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring proper documentation and timely reconciliations.
- Audit & Tax Compliance: Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including preparing audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.
- Internal Controls: Assist in reviewing and implementing financial policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
- Policy Development: Support the development and enhancement of accounting and financial procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate laws.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in and contribute to ad hoc financial projects or process improvement initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA).
- Experience:Minimum of 1 year in a financial reporting role at a managerial level.
Experience in managing a full set of accounts, including financial reporting. - Skills:Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Adaptable, flexible, and hands-on with day-to-day financial transactions and challenges.
Ability to manage tight reporting deadlines and multitask. - Salary Range: SGD 4,500 - SGD 5,000
