- Manage Project schedule and timeline.
- Lead the Service and Technical delivery teams in day-to-day operations matters and ensuring services are delivered with sustainable model to meet SLA deliverables
- Manage the financials for the assigned portfolio
- Ensure Business growth of the account and looking into delivering excellent Customer Engagement experience
- Providing management and operations reports
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or Computer Engineering
- Delivery experience and with 3 years as a Service Delivery Manager
- Prior experience in large scale IT/Managed Services enterprise environment especially in Government environment
- IT Service Management, ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Foundation
- Project Management
- Ability to farm, negotiate on commercial opportunity and possess an eye for details.
- Proficient in at least two of the technical competencies in Network, System OS RHEL, Vmware, Windows, Oracle DB, HP Storage, Cyber Security)
- Strong people management, profit and loss management, presentation and communication skills
