We're a licensed maid agency in Singapore, bringing in helpers from Myanmar, Indonesia, Mizoram, and the Philippines. If you're passionate about connecting families with the perfect helpers, we'd love to have you on our team!
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maid Database Management:Dive into our databases, conduct interviews, select and update helpers' profile.
- Clients Management:Serve walk-in and online clients.
Understand client needs.
Facilitate WhatsApp video interviews.
- Administrative work:Organize maid arrivals, arrange transport, book courses, and confirm deployment dates.
Follow-up calls for ongoing support.
Social media content management.
Qualification & Experience:
- CEI certification is necessary. Don't have it? No worries, you must be willing to study and we will cover your exam fees!
- Good communication skills
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Computer Skill
- Sales driven, independent, self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Able to converse in English & Chinese with clients and helpers (Bonus: Bahasa to converse with helper)
- Singapore Citizen/PR, Malaysian and work permit holders are welcome
Benefit:
- A competitive base salary with exciting commissions for every successful closure.
- 4 or 5 day works per week. Comfortable to work on at least one weekend.
