Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in HR, with a strong focus on generalist functions.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in Recruitment & Selection, payroll processing, and supervisory roles.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive, and forward-thinking, with strong initiative.
- Excellent people skills, with strong communication and writing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice is highly preferred.
