- Lead the development of creative concepts and storyboarding for engaging video content, including real estate market research, promotional materials, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all branded content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and goals.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to craft strategies that enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Drive initiatives that emphasize the company’s value proposition with a strong attention to detail.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of filming locations, logistics, and schedules.
- Write and refine scripts to support video production as needed.
- Demonstrate expertise in green screen production, including lighting, shooting, keying, and compositing.
- Participate in all stages of production—pre-production, video production, and post-production—including creating video animations and effects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative shooting techniques to continuously improve production quality and brand presence.
Requirements
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Passion for video production and content creation.
- Proficiency in operating video equipment such as DSLRs, professional video cameras, lighting setups, and gimbals.
- Expertise in software like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Highly creative with keen aesthetic instincts, attention to detail, and a willingness to explore new creative boundaries.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with studio equipment like multi-cams, video switchers, and teleprompters.
