Technical Project Manager of IT system

TRANSCOSMOS ZERO is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Project Manager of IT system to join our growing team. This is an middle level role suitable for candidates looking to step into the Call Center industry.

Ability of close mutual work with Development Team in Vietnam is required for this position.

As a nature of business, especially a knowledge and exeprience in a Call Center Industory together with IT development project management experience are required. It's a rare, but a challenging position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

- Understanding the in-house Technical Guideline to support developers

- Supporting Developers and QCs as a Bridge Engineer

- day-to-day technical support and translation of IT techinical documents

- Having a strong understanding of our in-house tools and act as a key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region with a strong knowledge of IT system, which is mainly call center system.

Requirement

- 5+ yrs experience in project management within a software development environment with project roadmap, project planning, project deliverables, and team management (especially offshore teams and onsite teams)

- MUST experience in Microservice Architecture and Highly Availability Architecture for Enterprise Workloads

- Experience in Web development (web application & web services) with Javascript Stacks (Node JS, Express JS, React JS, Vue JS, SQL, NoSQL)

- Experience in cloud development i.e AWS, GCP

- MUST Knowledge of Agile or Scrum environments

- Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira and Confluence)

- The ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Exeperience of the working in Call Center as operator and supervisor, or a strong understanding of Call Center Operation
