Job Description
- oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation
- Ensure attention and support meet with destitute person act and MSF regulation
- Maintain safety and cleaniness with compliance standards
- Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene is strictly adhere
- Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services
- Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies
Requirement
• Min degree in social work or psychology
• 2 years relevant working experience in the social service sector
• Mon to Fri (Office Hours) - Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.
• The Welfare Home is for destitute persons.
