Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with Project Manager on matters pertaining to safety, health, environmental and security of the workplaces.
- Environmental health and safety trainings and enforcement on compliance for all site personnel.
- Implement Safety Management System and ensure highest level of compliance
- Conduct daily Workplace Safety and Health inspection and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain site safety and health records.
- Conduct safety and health talks, in-house training and toolbox meetings.
- Investigate all accidents and implement corrective measures.
- Independent in leading the team in relevant client or mandatory audits.
- Other duties assigned by PM and/or HSE Manager
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in relevant disciplines.
- Registered ECO & ECMO will be advantageous.
- Registered WSHO with MOM for at least 5 years.
- Lead a team of site safety and environmental personnel.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Familiar with safety procedures at construction site environment.
- Familiar with ConSASS, ISO 14001;2015, ISO 45001:2018 and GGBS Audit requirements.
- Good knowledge in HSE legislation and regulations.
