A Construction Company is seeking for a self-motivated & independent individual to join us.
Resposibilities:-
- Assist in design, coordinating of M&E works in building services
- View project drawings and technical specification
- Monitor and ensure smooth implementation of projects
- Attend/conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection and witnessing testing and commissioning carried out to the systems by contractors
- Attending to site inspections with client upon completion for handling over to client
- Possess BIM certificate.
Requirements:
- Degree in M&E Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage
- Experienced with solar energy will be an added advantage
