Job Scope
- Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency such as registration of patients, scheduling appointments and dispensing of medications and payment collection.
- Experience in processing, submission, and collection of various medical insurances.
- Experience in processing of billing transaction under different government schemes and managed care programme.
- Manage inventory ensuring prompt requisitions of medicines and consumables.
- Regularly train and guide the clinic assistants on daily operations safety procedures and customer service standards to ensure that they can perform efficiently.
- Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Managers / Doctors
Job Requirements
- 2 years of FULL-TIME working experiences in GP clinic (At least 4 years of FULL-TIME working experience in GP clinic is required to be considered for Supervisor position)
- Computer literacy
- Have good communication skills.
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing and government claims.
- Working Days / Hours = 5.5 days
- Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
