Job Description:
- Strategically plan, execute & manage online sales/marketing campaign and activities across various e-platforms (including but not limited to online marketplaces, company website etc.) to drive online sales growth.
- Manage and update website content, assist on product listing creation/voucher listings, promotion bundles creation, ads for traffic generation and ensure high accuracy in all information published.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns such as EDM, Social Media Posting/Ads to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.
- Liaise with respective e-platform manager for campaign submission or address operational challenges.
- Manage and respond to all forms of customer engagement (e.g. chats, phone, emails, reviews etc) ensuring
- Work closely with other departments to successfully plan and implement marketing, sales campaigns, and product launches.
- Compile sales performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce.
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or Shopify is a plus.
- Sales driven, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
