Job Description:
- Ensure that all vessels are manned in timely and cost effective manner, being in compliance with the regulatory requirements, company and client's standards.
- Manage all aspects of seafarers in accordance to the guidelines of the Company including among others crew recruitments, documentations, salary administration, deployment, logistics, performance and dispute management.
- Oversee the preparation and maintaining the rotational plan for the fleets, ensure compliance with safe manning requirements and effective crew planning and execution.
- To control the crew recruitment process,making sure that crew have proper experience and medically fit, certifications and documentations are properly verified and valid as per ISM, ISPS and MLC requirements.
- Update and monitor crew change matrix, Electronic Crew Change via MPA (Marinet) and apply other flag state endorsements for crew National COC, ensure compliance with regulations from relevant authorities.
- Liaise with seafarers, union, flag and class on matters of labour disputes and any other issues.
- Calculation of crew salary and deductions accurately with proper documentations.
