We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our team with various administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to process invoices and payments, keeping track of late payments and unpaid debts.
- Receive and count cash accurately.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and route correspondence appropriately.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Ensure daily entries are updated in the accounting system with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Mail out monthly account statements to customers.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Preferably with experience in financial administrative support.
- Proficient in general computer skills and MS Office applications.
- Possess a good and positive working attitude.
- Must be meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
