Job Description
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore is recruiting a post-doctorate Research Fellow. The successful candidate will work on numerical modelling of coastal processes. He/she should have strong expertise in coastal modelling in terms of waves, currents, tides, storm surge, etc. Experience with near-shore models such as COAWST model or CFD model will be advantageous. Job Requirements
- Possess a PhD degree in Coastal and ocean engineering, especially with experience or knowledge in coastal dynamics.
- Knowledge in numerical modelling are encouraged to apply.
- Must have research experience.
- Strong written and spoken communications and able to present results clearly.
- Strong quantitative and writing skills are required.
- Having prior good publication records are advantageous.
- Open to fixed-term contract.
