Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
    Set and monitor performance goals (KPIs) for the recruitment team, ensuring productivity targets are met.
    Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored talent acquisition solutions.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and identify new opportunities for services.
    Conduct regular meetings with clients to review hiring progress and receive feedback on recruitment performance.
  3. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
    Ensure recruiters are utilizing effective sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top talent for client needs.
    Maintain a strong talent pool for quick turnaround in candidate placement, particularly for high-demand or difficult-to-fill roles.
  4. Business Development and Client Acquisition:Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and attract new business through networking, marketing, and industry events.
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and pitch recruitment services to potential clients.
    Ensure that the agency's recruitment solutions are competitive and aligned with market trends to meet client needs.
  5. Strategic Recruitment Planning:Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with client goals, focusing on efficiency, quality of hires, and client satisfaction.
    Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to assess and improve recruitment processes and team performance.
    Stay informed about trends in the labor market and industry developments to provide clients with informed advice on talent acquisition.
  6. Recruitment Operations and Compliance:Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, client requirements, and the agency's internal policies.
    Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate placements, ensuring full transparency for clients.
    Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment operations.
  7. Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and support to the recruitment team to enhance their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and client management.
    Implement best practices in recruitment to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest hiring tools, techniques, and technologies.
  8. Vendor and Resource Management:Negotiate with and manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., job boards, recruitment software providers) to ensure effective resource utilization.
    Manage the recruitment budget for each client project to ensure cost-effective talent acquisition solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering quality results to clients.
