We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the comprehensive management and strategic direction of our hotel. This role involves leading a team of department heads and staff to meet the hotel’s business objectives, including expanding business opportunities, maintaining top-notch customer service standards, optimizing operations, maximizing profitability, and creating a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security.
- Manage the hotel’s profit and loss, budget, revenue, and expenditures.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and feedback, and monitoring online reviews and feedback platforms.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute long-team strategic plans for the hotel. Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales & marketing strategies that maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Hotel SOP and relevant legislations.
- Handle any additional ad-hoc requirements and projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in general management roles within the hotel industry.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
