Assistant Manager

Cpg Facilities Management Pte Ltd

  • Assist the Head of Procurement and Business Development in managing market analysis databases across the market and conduct data analysis
  • Serve as the main administrator for the procurement system and support the Head of Procurement and operations in sourcing and tendering.
  • Update and maintain vendor’s records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with key professionals to ensure clarity of the tender specifications and timeline.
  • Enter negotiations with vendors on prices and contract terms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good Communication and writing skills.
